2018 in collaboration with SGCC about intelligent manufacturing, which aims to build prefabricated tank digital production workshop, to make the intelligent manufacturing land on prefabricated tank production, we completed intelligent prefabricated cabin streamline the assembly line, intelligent logistics warehouse management system, prefabricated tank workshop production scheduling system, video monitoring system, and realize the combination automation and informatization of prefabricated tank assembly production .
Recently, we have improved the production quality of prefabricated products, shortened the manufacturing time of products, improved the manufacturing efficiency of products, created a digital, networked, flexible intelligent manufacturing demonstration workshop, and achieved the goal of leading manufacturing mode and excellent manufacturing quality, while realizing the whole process monitoring of the production process.
With the first equipment compartment of xuji project's prefabricated intelligent production line coming off the production line in October 2020, the cooperation between Well-ideal and Xuji project came to a successful conclusion. This in-depth cooperation with SGCC has also consolidated the foundation of Well-ideal in the intelligent manufacturing industry.
